How to care
Before use.
Wash the pan with soap water with sponge.
Dry it well and pour cooking oil to little above the half point.
Heat it about 4-5min with low-midium heat.
Cool it down well and drain oil.
Wipe with paper towel.
After using the pan, wait to cool down and clean with kitchen paper. Paint the pan with a bit of oil and store.
Another option is to clean with a sponge and soak lightly if you are concerned about oil.
