Wisdom in design, Authentic Samurai Sword from 1500's.
The structure of the blade is not a random design, every detail has it purpose. If a flat design would surface, it would be simple to make, but the careful choice of complex shapes reflects a deep intention. For example, subtle curves or indentations on the blade surface are carefully designed to reduce resistance when slicing, allowing the blade to glide smoothly through the material. This complex structure not only achieves a clean and beautiful cut, but also preserves the natural flavor and texture of the food. Especially SASHIMI. These are the result of generations of continuous improvement and embody the wisdom of Japanese culinary and craft traditions. Respect for the craftsman's skill.
In particular, this knife is a special one that has the blood of the samurai sword and it is a type of knife that cannot be exported overseas from Japan.
