The usuba vegetable is a traditional Japanese style knife designed specifically to cut vegetables.
This usuba vegetable knife is crafted out of SILVER 3 / Ginsan-Ko knife, “HYBRID” traditional methods of knife making meets modern way metallurgy to produce this great blade. The carbon steel core is forged from soft iron steel and blended chrome to create this stain resistant steel. Knife has a traditional Japanese style handcrafted octagonal shaped handle. SILVER 3 Ginsan-ko steel still has a high carbon content which brings a great performance like a pure carbon blade and razor sharp but it is a stainless!!

Use & Care
- Do not attempt to cut, hit or chop frozen products or bones. The blade can chip or break.
- Hand wash with warm water and towel dry.
